Jazz Hill

Jazz Hill is a historic neighborhood of 11 apartment buildings along The Paseo, dating back to the early 1900s. Once deteriorated and largely vacant, the $38M redevelopment is breathing new life into 181 units of affordable housing. The effort preserves the distinctive brick façades and porches that once overlooked Kansas City’s original boulevard, anchoring revitalization of a district that reflects both Jazz-era history and early 20th-century architecture.
