Originally built in 1891 as a mansion and later converted to a hotel, the Oglesby had fallen into severe disrepair before its award-winning rehabilitation. The $10M redevelopment transformed the historic landmark into 25 affordable apartments while retaining ornate staircases, woodwork, bay windows, and fireplaces. Located on Troost Avenue, it is now a symbol of both preservation and equitable development.
SCOPE: LMG was hired for a complete plumbing package.
