LMG believes in establishing a safety culture that ensures our employees go home every night the same way they showed up for work that morning. We have an established safety program that all new hires go through on their first day of employment all along with handing out pocket sized manuals for reference. Weekly safety huddles to cover our tool box talks along with changing site conditions is one method that Foreman utilize to ensure safe work condition for our crew.
Safety training is a top priority at LMG. Our personnel are sent to confined space entry, forklift and manlift operation, and trench safety to ensure they are qualified for the work they are asked to perform. Our dedication to safety is reflected in our low Experience Modification Rate (EMR). LMG’s current EMR is .75. This low rate reflects how few of safety incidents that we have as a company along with our overall commitment to the safety of our employees.
